About Mike Lind
Mike Lind comes from a family of long-time Issaquah residents. He and his family have lived in the area since the 1960s, and his son and daughter also live here with their families.
Mike built his first house in Preston, WA when we was 18 years old. Since then he has built several other custom homes from the ground up which range in size to as large as 3,600 square feet.
Over the last 20 years he has completed more than 120 house remodeling projects ranging in scope from minor bathroom remodels to complete kitchen remodels. He was also the lead carpenter for the Rainbow Lodge in North Bend, WA for nearly four years.
Mike began working as a heavy equipment operator where he was clearing land and building roads for development projects for nearly six years. He also worked various construction jobs in the northwest, some as far away as Alaska.
Later he worked as a Special Operations Patrollman for the King County Sheriff's Office and a volunteer fire fighter in Issaquah District 10 for more than 15 years. During this time he spent many weekends and off-duty days performing various carpentry and home building projects.
Over the last thirty years Mike has worked on literally hundreds of projects ranging from decking and roofing, to drywall and painting, dry rot repairs, tiling, electrical and plumbing.
